Stronger Together Counseling, LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our remote team. This full-time position is ideal for licensed professionals, including LMFTs, LPCs, or LCSWs, who are passionate about providing high-quality mental health care through a telehealth platform.

This role is entirely remote, allowing you to engage with clients from the comfort of your chosen workspace. Our supportive team handles administrative tasks, which enables you to dedicate your time and focus entirely on clinical work. Our standard work hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, promoting a healthy work-life balance.

• Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments to understand clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans that align with their goals.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to each client's specific circumstances and therapeutic goals.
• Engage in collaborative goal-setting with clients, providing guidance and support while regularly monitoring their progress.
• Facilitate teletherapy sessions that enhance accessibility, ensuring that clients can receive care regardless of location.
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with professional standards and organizational policies, utilizing our electronic health record system.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including training and workshops, to remain updated on emerging clinical practices.

Our client population consists of individuals who are pre-screened, stable, and have low acuity. This allows you to focus primarily on therapeutic interventions rather than crisis management. By targeting this demographic, you become an integral part of their mental health journey, providing support that contributes to their overall well-being.

• A master's degree or higher in a relevant mental health field, such as counseling or social work.
• Active licensure to practice in Tennessee as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW, with a clean professional record.
• Demonstrated clinical experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a counseling role showcasing excellent case management and interpersonal communication skills.

• Experience in telehealth or remote counseling environments, familiar with tools and platforms used for virtual therapy.
• Knowledge of evidence-based treatment methodologies relevant to a diverse client population.
• Strong skills in documentation and utilization of electronic health record systems for maintaining client information.
