You will be working primarily from home, leveraging virtual communication to connect with clients. • Maintain a caseload of clients, building rapport and nurturing positive therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.
• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess their progress, discuss stability, and plan for future appointments or discharges when appropriate.
• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor individualized treatment plans that reflect client goals and needs.
• Document client interactions and treatment progress with precision, ensuring all records are kept up to date in compliance with organizational policies.
• Conduct intake assessments to gather pertinent information and evaluate the initial needs of each client.

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse outpatient population that includes adults, children, and families. You will engage with clients experiencing various mental health challenges, providing tailored therapeutic approaches to help them navigate their unique situations. • A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.
• Current and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification with no restrictions on practice.
• A minimum of two years of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting, demonstrating a history of effective client engagement.
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with spreadsheet software, electronic record management systems, and communication platforms.

• Experience with diverse client populations and various mental health issues is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with documentation and billing processes pertinent to the outpatient mental health setting.
• Comfort with telehealth platforms and virtual counseling frameworks, enhancing the delivery of remote services.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to USD 90,000, based on experience and qualifications. Our compensation model is structured on a Fee-for-Service basis, allowing for earnings that reflect your contributions without delays in payment.
