Experience with AWS capabilities - especially any experience with Amazon Connect. Core AWS infrastructure capabilities; Lambda, DynamoDB, API gateway, CloudWatch. Front end experience with Electron (current) and/or Angular (future). ServiceNow. Generally, an ability to trace a problem and resolve technical issues.
