• Conduct comprehensive assessments and clinical evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs and issues, using evidence-based tools and methods.
• Develop tailored Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) in collaboration with clients, tracking their progress and adjusting the plans as necessary to ensure effective therapeutic outcomes.
• Deliver individual and family therapy through teletherapy platforms, utilizing various therapeutic techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Family Systems Therapy as appropriate.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client progress and treatment plans in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development activities to enhance clinical skills, stay informed on the latest research, and participate in team training sessions.

You will primarily serve individuals and families facing a spectrum of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma-related disorders. Your role will involve working collaboratively with clients to set therapeutic goals, facilitating their journey toward recovery, and helping them develop coping strategies to manage their mental wellness effectively.

• Valid and current state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster trust, empathy, and rapport with clients.
• Ability to demonstrate ethical professionalism and empathy, with a nonjudgmental approach to therapy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to effectively manage a diverse caseload and administrative responsibilities.

• Experience providing teletherapy or remote counseling services is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with clinical documentation software and telehealth technologies to facilitate remote client management.
• Background in treating substance use disorders or addiction-related issues is valued.

• Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and credentials.
