• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to accurately identify mental health needs and collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices.
• Provide therapeutic services using a variety of methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques, to address a broad spectrum of mental health issues.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including primary care physicians, case managers, and psychiatrists, to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
• Provide critical crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies, demonstrating empathy and immediate support in high-pressure situations.
• Engage in outreach programs and educational initiatives aimed at promoting mental health awareness within the community and reducing stigma surrounding mental health challenges.

• An active and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients and promote positive therapeutic relationships.
• Cultural competence and sensitivity to work effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to maintain accurate documentation and manage scheduling effectively.

• Previous experience working in a remote setting with clients through telehealth platforms is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and other digital tools for managing client information and documentation.
• Experience in community mental health settings or hospice care is a plus, as this role may involve unique client needs.
