Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to gain a deeper understanding of clients' mental health issues, thereby formulating effective treatment plans that cater to their individual needs.
• Deliver individual therapy sessions utilizing customized therapeutic approaches that foster personal growth and resilience.
• Collaborate with clients to set realistic, achievable therapeutic goals while consistently tracking their progress through documentation and reporting.
• Offer virtual therapy sessions through secure video conferencing tools, ensuring accessibility for clients who may face mobility challenges or prefer teletherapy options.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LMFT at Presbyterian Behavioral Health, you will primarily support a diverse client population facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and addiction. Your expertise will play a critical role in providing therapeutic support to individuals and families, guiding them through their journeys toward recovery, wellbeing, and improved relationships.

Qualifications

• Active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.
