Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to gain an understanding of each client's mental health history, concerns, and treatment needs.
• Design and implement tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, customizing therapeutic techniques to foster personal development and emotional well-being.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, utilizing a mix of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Systems Theory, ensuring each session is focused on client-centric goals.
• Monitor and document client progress meticulously, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and maintaining accurate records.
• Offer teletherapy solutions, accommodating clients who face transportation challenges or prefer a virtual setting for their sessions.

Qualifications

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
