Our multidisciplinary team collaborates to provide comprehensive treatment for a diverse array of mental health conditions, ensuring every patient receives personalized and effective support.

This role is fully remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance while reaching clients across varying geographical locations. Our innovative telehealth platform enables counselors to connect with patients from the comfort of their own homes, fostering a supportive virtual environment for both therapist and client. You will primarily work Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required based on patient scheduling needs.

• Perform thorough mental health assessments, ensuring a deep understanding of each patient's psychological, emotional, and social needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions while maintaining an empathetic and supportive approach to foster healing and growth.
• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups that help patients gain insight into their conditions, share experiences, and build community support.
• Offer crisis intervention as needed, ensuring timely and effective support in emergency situations.
• Educate patients about their mental health concerns, treatment options, and any applicable community resources, empowering them in their healing journey.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of patient interactions and treatment progress, adhering to legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in regular case consultations and team meetings to collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and psychologists, enhancing the overall patient care experience.
• Stay current on the latest trends and research in mental health, integrating new knowledge into clinical practice.

You will work primarily with individuals experiencing a wide spectrum of mental health challenges, including but not limited to, anxiety disorders, depression, bipolar disorder, and substance use issues. Our diverse patient demographics range from adolescents to seniors, providing you the opportunity to address varied therapeutic needs and cultural perspectives.

• A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is required; however, candidates with a Master's or Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology are strongly preferred.
• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California is mandatory.
• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health disorders and familiarity with an array of evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Proficient ability to conduct mental health assessments and craft actionable treatment plans.
• Experience working with diverse populations through individual and group therapy settings.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to connect effectively with clients and colleagues alike.
• Strong ethical judgement and adherence to professional boundaries are essential.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and technology-driven solutions is preferred.

• Experience in teletherapy or remote counseling services, particularly in an outpatient setting.
• Involvement in community outreach programs or mental health advocacy efforts that enhance service delivery.
• A background in crisis intervention and management techniques is a plus.

The role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
