• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments through virtual sessions to evaluate clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer short-term counseling and crisis intervention services via video conferencing, addressing a wide range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.
• Facilitate virtual therapy groups and workshops geared toward personal growth and support, focusing on relevant topics such as coping strategies, stress management, and self-care practices.
• Work closely with interdisciplinary teams, including patient support services and community organizations, to provide holistic care and address patients’ complex needs.
• Engage in community outreach initiatives digitally, promoting mental health awareness through online campaigns and webinars.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and best practice ethical standards.

• Understanding of evidence-based practices and familiarity with brief therapy models suitable for a remote counseling environment.

• Prior experience in a hospital-based or clinic setting that focuses on mental health.
• Specialized training or certifications in areas such as trauma-informed care, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), or solution-focused brief therapy.
• Experience in developing and leading therapeutic workshops or support groups.
