Insight Global is seeking a Data Center Construction – Project QA/QC Manager for a top electrical construction client supporting large‐scale mission critical projects. This individual will lead and standardize QA/QC and commissioning efforts across multiple data center sites, ensuring high‐quality electrical installations and full compliance with client and industry standards. The role begins with hands‐on site training in Aiken, SC before transitioning to Charlotte, NC to oversee QA/QC for a major data center project. This is a leadership‐focused role ideal for a seasoned QA/QC professional who has managed teams and driven quality on complex, high‐dollar projects.

Must-Haves

2+ years of experience in electrical QA/QC

Full QA/QC Manager background (not foremen, superintendents, or field-only roles)

Experience leading and managing QA/QC teams

Strong electrical construction (EC) background

Ability to manage QA/QC for large‐scale projects ( Charlotte project is ~$300M)

Knowledge of NEC and electrical single‐line diagrams

Strong documentation, reporting, and process‐driven mindset
