Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and self-motivated Remote Mobile Service Technician to deliver high-quality vehicle maintenance and repair services directly to customers at their homes, workplaces, or designated locations. This role combines technical expertise with customer-facing service, representing Fordโ€™s commitment to convenience, innovation, and excellence.


Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and light repair services on Ford and competitive make vehicles (e.g., oil changes, tire rotations, battery replacements, recalls, and software updates) at customer locations
  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using mobile diagnostic tools
  • Communicate clearly with customers about vehicle condition, recommended services, and timelines
  • Manage daily schedule, travel routes, and service appointments efficiently
  • Maintain and organize a fully equipped mobile service vehicle
  • Accurately document services performed, parts used, and customer interactions via digital systems
  • Follow all safety protocols and company standards

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (ASE certification preferred)
  • 2+ years of automotive technician experience (Ford experience a plus)
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driverโ€™s license with a clean driving record
