• A valid active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the appropriate state.

• Proficient with telehealth technologies and tools required for virtual counseling sessions.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with other professionals.
• A deep understanding of ethical practices, HIPAA regulations, and confidentiality requirements surrounding mental health as they pertain to student populations.

• Experience working in school settings or with adolescents and young adults is strongly preferred.
