• Conduct engaging and effective remote therapy sessions via our secure online platform, ensuring privacy and confidentiality for all clients.
• Craft customized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments of client needs, leveraging evidence-based practices tailored to individual situations.
• Regularly monitor client progress and adapt treatment strategies as necessary to optimize therapeutic outcomes.
• Maintain complete and accurate documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans in accordance with organizational policies and legal standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to facilitate holistic care, ensuring that every aspect of a client's well-being is considered.
• Uphold the highest ethical standards in all aspects of mental health service delivery, consistently working to protect client welfare.

You will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing various mental health challenges. Your expertise will play a vital role in helping clients address conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Engaging with clients from different backgrounds will enrich your practice, as you provide culturally competent care that respects individual values and experiences.

• A master's degree or higher in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related mental health field.
• Active state licensure as a mental health therapist, specifically as one of the following:
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Licensed Psychologist (PsyD)
• Proficiency in conducting individual therapy with a focus on evidence-based methodologies.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build rapport with clients and collaborate with colleagues effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a cohesive team committed to quality care.

We value candidates who have worked in a remote setting before and have experience with telehealth services. Familiarity with electronic health record systems is also advantageous. A strong foundation in using therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) can elevate your candidacy.
