Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate each clientโ€™s mental health status and emotional landscape, utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with clientsโ€™ goals and align with evidence-based practices.
  • Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing a range of therapeutic modalities tailored to meet diverse needs.
  • Continuously monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to optimize outcomes.
  • Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients who need urgent support, employing de-escalation techniques as required.
  • Maintain meticulous and confidential records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, licensed social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and holistic client care.
