Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients via our secure online platform, ensuring adherence to ethical and legal standards.
• Evaluate clients' mental health needs through assessments and collaborative discussions, tailoring individualized treatment plans that resonate with their specific goals and circumstances.
• Regularly monitor client progress, adjusting therapeutic interventions as necessary to enhance outcomes and maintain alignment with established treatment objectives.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date client records in compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements, ensuring confidentiality and data security.
• Engage with other mental health professionals within the organization to coordinate comprehensive care and share insights regarding client progress and challenges.
• Provide education to clients on coping strategies and mental health topics to promote understanding and empower them in their journey towards wellness.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively connect with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team framework.

Preferred Experience

• Experience providing individual therapy in a remote or telehealth setting.
• Proficiency with online therapeutic platforms and technology for client engagement.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
