Job Description
The Content Creator role is designed for a creator-minded individual contributor who can independently concept, produce, edit, and publish platform-native content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging channels. This person will collaborate closely with creative, strategy, account, and production teams to create content that feels culturally relevant, human, and socially fluent.
Contract duration: 6 months, potential to extend
What You'll Do:
  • Concept and produce platform-native social content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging channels aligned to brand and audience goals.
  • Shoot, edit, design, and package short-form and long-form content using tools including Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, CapCut, and mobile-first production workflows.
  • Translate social trends, creator behaviors, internet culture, and audience insights into content ideas that drive engagement, participation, and conversation.
  • Collaborate with Creative, Strategy, Client Services, and Production stakeholders to deliver fast-turn, culturally relevant content across multiple brands.
  • Manage day-to-day content creation workflows independently, balancing creative quality, timelines, stakeholder feedback, and platform best practices.

Qualifications
Required:
  • 5+ years creating platform-native content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, or similar channels with a portfolio demonstrating social-first storytelling and execution.
  • Hands-on experience shooting and editing video content using Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, or equivalent production and editing tools.
  • Demonstrated experience independently managing end-to-end content production workflows including concepting, filming, editing, design, publishing, and iteration.
  • Strong understanding of internet culture, creator ecosystems, social trends, and audience behaviors with examples of content developed for engagement or participation.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional creative, strategy, production, or client teams while managing multiple deliverables and timelines simultaneously.
  • Portfolio or case studies showing content developed for brands, agencies, creators, publishers, or social-first campaigns across multiple platforms.

Desired:
  • Comfort and enthusiasm for using AI as a regular part of how work gets done.
  • Experience creating content within healthcare, pharma, wellness, regulated, or highly reviewed industries.
  • Experience working within agency, fast-moving content studio, or in-house social production environments.
  • Motion design, animation, or advanced post-production experience using After Effects or similar tools.
  • Experience identifying and adapting emerging platform formats, creator trends, or audience behaviors into scalable brand content approaches.
  • Experience appearing on camera, directing creators/talent, or developing UGC-style content formats for brands.
