As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to understand clients' mental health status and developing tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based methods.
• Providing individual and family therapy utilizing therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other techniques suited to the client's specific needs.
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation in adherence to all HIPAA regulations and organizational policies, allowing for efficient tracking of patient progress.
• Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team, which includes psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure holistic patient care and the effectiveness of treatment plans.
• Engaging in regular peer consultation meetings to share insights and strategies, fostering professional growth and enhancing patient care quality.
• Providing educational resources and support to families regarding mental health issues, including coping strategies and community resources available for additional assistance.
• Staying informed on the latest research in the mental health field, integrating new practices to improve therapeutic outcomes.

You will work with a varied client population facing diverse mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and chronic stress. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• At least two years of clinical experience primarily focused on providing psychotherapy services.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to adapt therapeutic approaches as necessary.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team, contributing to a supportive and effective treatment environment.

• Experience in a telehealth setting or remote work environment.
• Familiarity with a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities and approaches.
