Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to identify their mental health needs, collaborating to develop tailored treatment plans that address their unique situations.
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy services via secure virtual platforms, ensuring the delivery of care that is sensitive to the individual preferences and circumstances of each client.
• Establish therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients and provide ongoing guidance, encouraging progress through regular follow-ups and evaluations.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapting methodologies based on clients’ feedback and treatment objectives.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation of therapy sessions, including client progress notes, treatment updates, and other necessary paperwork, ensuring compliance with professional standards and organizational policies.

Qualifications

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of trusting relationships with clients in a virtual setting.
• A strong sense of empathy and compassion for individuals undergoing mental health challenges, with a deep understanding of diverse emotional experiences.
• High levels of organizational and time-management skills to efficiently manage therapy sessions, documentation, and client follow-ups in a remote environment.

Preferred Experience

• Proven experience working with clients in a remote or virtual therapy setting.
• Familiarity with using telehealth platforms and digital tools for therapy delivery.
• Experience in providing therapy for specific populations, such as those in hospice care, grief counseling, or trauma-focused therapy.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $104,000 annually, based on your caseload and performance. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
