Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify student needs and strengths, developing individualized treatment plans accordingly.
• Implement evidence-based, solution-focused therapeutic interventions tailored to each student's unique situation.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, adhering to organizational and state regulations regarding confidentiality and record-keeping.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including educators, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure integrated support for students.
• Provide educational workshops and emotional support to families, equipping them with strategies to foster resilience and positive mental health at home.
• Engage in ongoing professional learning, staying informed on current research, treatment modalities, and best practices in the field of mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work primarily with school-aged children and adolescents experiencing a variety of emotional and behavioral challenges. This could include anxiety, depression, trauma, and social adjustment issues. Your expertise will play a crucial role in enhancing their educational experience and equipping them with the skills needed to thrive, both academically and personally.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• Possession of a current and valid LCSW license in the state of New York.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
