Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments of students, identifying their mental health needs and developing personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Utilize solution-focused therapeutic interventions tailored to students’ unique situations, facilitating their emotional and psychological growth.
• Maintain meticulous clinical records in compliance with state regulations and ethical standards, ensuring accurate documentation within our electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Work collaboratively with school staff, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and provide holistic support to students.
• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings, contributing insights and sharing best practices to enhance the quality of our services.
• Educate and engage students and their families regarding mental health topics, empowering them to understand and manage their mental health effectively.
• Continuously update yourself on the latest research, techniques, and developments in mental health care to enhance client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The core of your work will involve addressing the diverse mental health needs of students within the remote education system. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits
