Diagnostic Radiologist

Job location: Missouri / Kansas (Multiple Locations)

Job type: Full-Time or Part-Time

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Flexible)

Job description:

We are a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Diagnostic Radiologist to join our expanding physician-led radiology practice. This opportunity offers a collaborative work environment with experienced radiologists, access to advanced imaging technology, and flexible onsite and remote reading options. New graduates are encouraged to apply, and radiologists from all diagnostic subspecialties are welcome. This position provides an excellent work-life balance, competitive compensation, and the opportunity to build a long-term career through either a partnership track or W-2 employment model.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret a wide variety of diagnostic imaging studies, including:

  1. X-ray

  2. CT

  3. MRI

  4. Ultrasound

  5. Nuclear Medicine

  6. Fluoroscopy

  • Provide timely, accurate, and comprehensive radiology reports.

  • Collaborate with referring physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams regarding imaging findings and patient management.

  • Perform general diagnostic radiology while incorporating subspecialty expertise.

  • Maintain compliance with quality assurance, patient safety, and accreditation standards.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school.

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology.

  • Eligible for or currently holding an active Missouri or Kansas medical license (or willingness to obtain).

  • Excellent communication and clinical decision-making skills.

Preferred:

  • Fellowship training in any Diagnostic Radiology subspecialty (not required).

  • Willingness to perform general diagnostic radiology in addition to subspecialty interpretations.

Compensation:

  • Competitive compensation based on the number and type of shifts worked

  • Experienced radiologists receive higher initial compensation

  • Partnership-track compensation progression:

  1. Experienced physicians: 90% of partner compensation (Year 1), 100% thereafter

  2. New graduates: 80% (Year 1), 90% (Year 2), 100% (Year 3)

  • W-2 employment option available
