Position Overview

TeamWorx Security is seeking a Project Manager to lead program execution, customer engagement, and growth planning for a federal government client.

The Project Manager will work closely with government stakeholders and TeamWorx Security leadership to translate customer priorities into clear plans, accountable actions, and measurable results. This person will coordinate technical and business teams, maintain visibility across active projects, address delivery risks, and help initiatives move from planning through completion.

The Project Manager will also identify opportunities to apply TeamWorx Security's data engineering, analytics, automation, artificial intelligence, and process improvement capabilities to additional customer needs and business areas. This role requires someone who can manage tactical details while maintaining a broader view of agency priorities and contract growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Build trusted relationships with federal program leaders, contracting personnel, technical teams, business stakeholders, and partner organizations.
  • Translate customer priorities into project plans, milestones, assigned responsibilities, and measurable outcomes.
  • Lead day-to-day program coordination, including meetings, action tracking, decision documentation, risk management, and stakeholder follow-up.
  • Coordinate work across technical specialists, business analysts, project leads, and partner organizations.
  • Monitor schedules, staffing, deliverables, dependencies, and performance against contract requirements.
  • Prepare program reports, leadership briefings, presentations, and other customer-facing communications.
  • Identify delivery issues early, coordinate corrective actions, and elevate decisions requiring government or corporate leadership.
  • Gather stakeholder feedback and help technical teams translate business requirements into useful, adoptable solutions.
  • Identify potential applications for TeamWorx Security's capabilities across additional customer programs and coordinate growth planning with company leadership.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, information technology, public administration, or a related field.
  • Eight or more years of experience in program management, operations, consulting, project coordination, or customer delivery.
  • Demonstrated success coordinating cross-functional teams and multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Strong written communication, executive briefing, meeting management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience managing schedules, risks, staffing, actions, performance measures, and deliverables.
  • Ability to coordinate data, software, automation, or AI initiatives across technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Sound judgment when handling sensitive issues, competing priorities, and incomplete information.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote customer environment.
  • Eligibility to obtain and maintain federal suitability and required government system access.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting a federal civilian agency or federal contractor.
  • Familiarity with federal contracting, task-order management, and government reporting requirements.
  • Experience supporting data analytics, software development, automation, AI, or digital modernization programs.
  • Experience with Agile delivery, business analysis, process improvement, or change management.
  • Project Management Professional, Scrum, or comparable certification.
  • Existing federal suitability or PIV credential.
