As a Content and Social Media Manager, you'll own the editorial engine across multiple channels, creating content that strengthens brand visibility and generates qualified business opportunities.
You'll combine strong writing skills with strategic thinking to produce authoritative content for blogs, websites, sales materials, press communications, and email campaigns.
A major part of the role will involve building a compelling LinkedIn presence through distinctive narratives, relevant insights, and experimentation with new formats.
You'll work closely with subject matter experts, marketers, product teams, and senior leaders to turn complex ideas into clear, credible, engaging stories.
The role offers significant creative ownership, from planning the editorial calendar through writing, publishing, performance analysis, and optimization.
You'll join a fast-moving international environment where initiative, curiosity, and a willingness to experiment are highly valued.
This is an ideal opportunity for a hands-on content professional who wants to shape a growing B2B technology brand through exceptional writing and social storytelling.

Accountabilities
  • Own and manage the editorial calendar across blogs, LinkedIn, email campaigns, website content, and sales materials, ensuring content is planned, produced, and published on schedule.
  • Write and edit long-form content, including blog articles, bylined pieces, data-driven reports, one-pagers, and website copy.
  • Transform input from internal experts into authoritative, accessible content that delivers meaningful value to a professional B2B audience.
  • Lead day-to-day social media execution across LinkedIn and emerging channels, developing compelling content and testing new formats and narratives.
  • Develop and manage press releases related to product launches, partnerships, licensing milestones, company announcements, and other significant developments.
  • Coordinate press distribution with relevant trade publications, media outlets, and external PR partners.
  • Adapt existing and newly produced video content for social media in collaboration with marketing and creative stakeholders.
  • Monitor content and social media performance, identify successful formats and topics, and adjust the editorial strategy based on results.
  • Collaborate with marketing leadership, subject matter experts, traders, product managers, and executives to develop credible and engaging stories.
  • Continuously explore new content approaches, formats, tools, and workflows to strengthen the effectiveness of the editorial operation.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of professional experience in content marketing, editorial, communications, or a closely related field, ideally within B2B technology.
  • A portfolio demonstrating strong long-form and short-form content that you have personally written, developed, and published.
  • Proven experience using LinkedIn as a B2B content and marketing channel, with a strong understanding of what drives engagement and business impact.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to develop compelling narratives and adapt tone and format to different audiences and channels.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex or technical input from subject matter experts into clear, credible, and engaging content.
  • Strong editorial judgment and a willingness to experiment with emerging content formats and storytelling approaches.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and take ownership in a fast-moving environment without requiring a detailed playbook.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to use content and social performance data to inform future decisions.
  • Experience in iGaming, esports, betting, gaming, or another regulated industry is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot is a plus.
  • Experience working within a startup or scale-up environment is desirable.
  • Interest in using AI as a practical content and research tool, with experience incorporating AI into your own workflows.
  • Experience creating content for global audiences and working with translators, regional partners, or AI localization tools is beneficial.
  • Ability to work CET hours despite the fully remote setup.
  • A portfolio link featuring relevant long- and short-form work and case studies demonstrating your approach to content challenges is required.
Benefits
  • Fully remote working arrangement across the EU region.
  • Freelance contract with flexibility within a global, international working environment.
  • Opportunity to own the editorial strategy and content calendar across multiple high-impact channels.
  • Significant creative autonomy and the opportunity to shape the voice and narrative of a growing B2B technology brand.
  • Direct collaboration with marketing leadership, subject matter experts, product teams, and senior executives.
  • Opportunity to experiment with emerging content formats, social strategies, and AI-enabled creative workflows.
  • Exposure to an international audience across multiple markets and regions.
  • Opportunity to build expertise across content marketing, social media, communications, PR, and B2B demand generation.
  • Fast-paced environment that values initiative, experimentation, and high-quality execution.
