Investment domain BA (client portals), FactSet/Aladdin/SimCorp data expertise (performance, holdings, benchmarks), digital product & UX collaboration, stakeholder management, Agile (JIRA/UAT), and end-to-end delivery in large transformation programs.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst to join our program team focused on designing and implementing a Global Client Investment Portal for the Outsourced Client Investment Officer's business clients. This role requires a strong emphasis on digital client experience, working collaboratively with stakeholders to deeply understand client needs and identify innovative digital solutions. The successful candidate will have domain expertise in investment services and proven experience in similar digital transformation projects, including close collaboration with designers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage proactively with internal and external stakeholders, including business users, clients, product owners, and technology teams, to identify and understand client wants, needs, and pain points related to digital investment services.
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions to uncover opportunities for digital innovation and enhanced client experience within the Investment Portal.
  • Translate client and business needs into clear, actionable requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that guide design and development.
  • Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to ensure that digital solutions are user-centric, intuitive, and aligned with client expectations.
  • Partner with data and technical teams to ensure requirements are feasible and implemented effectively, maintaining a focus on delivering seamless digital experiences.
  • Support the end-to-end delivery lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing (including UAT), and deployment.
  • Analyze and document current and future state business processes, identifying areas where digital solutions can improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor project progress, manage scope, and communicate status and risks to program leadership and stakeholders.
  • Advocate for the client perspective throughout the project, ensuring that the portal meets or exceeds client experience standards.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and governance standards.
  • Leverage domain knowledge of investment management and client servicing to anticipate challenges and recommend best practices.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by sharing insights and lessons learned from client interactions and project delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst on digital client experience projects, ideally within investment management or financial services.
  • Strong domain knowledge of client investment operations, portfolio management, or outsourced investment officer services.
  • Demonstrated ability to work beyond traditional requirements gathering by actively engaging stakeholders to identify client needs and co-create digital solutions.
  • Experience collaborating closely with UX/UI designers and development teams to deliver user-centric digital platforms.
  • Skilled in facilitating workshops, interviews, and collaborative sessions to elicit and validate requirements.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) for managing user stories and backlog.
