Modalities

Case Mix / Volume

  • -Subspecialty case mix: ER ,MSK,Neuro,Nuc Med,Flouro
  • -90–100 reads per 8-hour shift
  • -60–70 wRVUs per 8-hour shift

Schedule

  • -Shift: Swing Shifts -   7 on 7 off rotation , Monday-Sunday 5p-12a & 6p-2a
  •               Overnight - 12A-8A 7 on 7 off rotation Monday-Sunday
  • -Coverage: Full-time
  • -Start: ASAP
  • -Contract Length: Ongoing

Requirements

  • -Board Certified – Required

Credentialing & Licensing

  • -Credentialing: 30–60 days
  • -Client will assist with licensing if provider already holds a license usable at one facility

Systems

  • -PACS: Merge
  • -Dictation: Fluency
  • -EMR: 

Submission Requirements

  • -Licensed locations the provider can currently work
  • -Locations they are willing to license for
  • -Completed Modality Checklist (required with submission)

Provider Performance Expectations:

  • -Productivity target: ~70 wRVUs per shift
  • -Productivity is actively monitored

If productivity falls below standards:

  • -Provider receives a 15-day cancellation notice
  • -They continue working during that period
  • -If productivity improves, the contract may be reinstated

Scheduling Requirements

  • -Providers must work minimum 40 hours per month
  • -Providers must maintain 3 months of scheduled shifts at all times
  • -Remote providers must be credentialed at a minimum of 2 facilities
  • -Onsite candidates are exempt but still preferred

  • -Client typically offers based on CV + completed modality checklist
