• Provide direct psychotherapy services to a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relational challenges, and other mental health concerns.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s goals, strengths, and needs.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes in compliance with ethical standards and organizational guidelines.
• Engage in regular collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and community resources, to refer clients when necessary.
• Stay up-to-date with best practices in psychotherapy and continuous professional development through ongoing training and participation in relevant workshops.
• Implement therapeutic methodologies effectively, utilizing evidence-based practices to enhance client outcomes.

As a Mental Health Counselor, your client focus will encompass various demographics, including adults, couples, and families facing multifaceted mental health challenges. • A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• A valid state license (LPC, LCSW, or equivalent) is essential for practice.
• Professional liability insurance must be active.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical counseling setting is mandatory.

• Experience with telehealth services and familiarity with virtual platforms for client engagement is preferable.
• Prior work in community health clinics or similar environments is an advantage.
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapy modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or similar is preferred.

• Attractive annual salary range of $120,000 to $140,000, with the possibility of unlimited earnings based on performance.
