Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients directly through online consultations and community interactions, assessing and addressing their psychological needs related to major mental illness and emotional challenges.
• Develop and implement integrated care plans ensuring that clients have access to linked services, enhancing overall client support.
• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings and make arrangements for more comprehensive assessments as necessary, ensuring tailored interventions.
• Participate actively as a member of multidisciplinary teams to promote collaborative care and advance collective goals.
• Monitor clients throughout their treatment journey, maintaining timely documentation and ensuring adherence to all ethical guidelines and best practices.
• Provide a safety-focused environment by identifying risks, reporting unsafe situations, and conducting necessary precautionary measures.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with clients facing major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, including those requiring end-of-life care in a hospice setting. By supporting this vulnerable population, your role will directly contribute to enhancing their quality of life and providing the compassionate care they deserve. This experience is particularly pivotal in creating a safe space for clients and their families during challenging times.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work (BSW) is required, with a strong preference for candidates holding an LCSW licensure.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience in roles focused on mental health or social services.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse populations and socio-economic backgrounds, focusing on patient-centered care.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in hospice care settings or working with palliative care patients is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary within the range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
