In this role, you will be expected to:

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments of clients to formulate personalized treatment plans based on their individual needs and mental health concerns.
• Utilize various evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to implement effective interventions.
• Maintain detailed and compliant clinical documentation, ensuring all records adhere to HIPAA standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other mental health professionals, to coordinate care and enhance treatment outcomes.
• Engage in regular peer review and case consultations to share insights and improve the quality of care provided to clients.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources to support their recovery.
• Commit to continuous professional development by staying updated on the latest mental health research and integrating new knowledge into clinical practice.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Tennessee.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience with a focus on providing psychotherapy services.
• Proficient in solution-focused and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong interpersonal abilities.
• Capable of critical thinking and problem-solving in complex situations.
• A team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to patient care.

• Previous experience in a remote telehealth environment is highly advantageous.
• Background in working with children and adolescents in a school setting is a plus.
• Specialization in trauma-informed care or experience with specific therapeutic modalities.
