The Comfort Place, LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individualized therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each client's unique needs.
  • Develop and continually refine comprehensive treatment plans that address specific challenges faced by clients and their families.
  • Keep detailed, confidential records of client progress and therapy sessions in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other therapists, to provide holistic care.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with therapeutic practices and enhance client outcomes.
  • Facilitate support groups or workshops as needed, covering issues pertinent to marriage, family dynamics, and emotional well-being.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse client population, including individuals, couples, and families facing a range of challenges such as depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and trauma. Your role will involve understanding the unique cultural, social, and economic factors that shape each clientโ€™s experience, allowing for personalized and effective therapeutic interventions. Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s or Doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
