Healthy Mind and Soul Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Professional Counselor to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain an active caseload of clients, establishing and nurturing rapport throughout the therapeutic process and ensuring adherence to ethical counseling practices.
  • Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess progress and efficacy of treatment plans, while being proactive with scheduling follow-ups and managing discharge when appropriate.
  • Craft, implement, and continually update personalized treatment plans that focus on client-centered goals, addressing specific needs and challenges effectively.
  • Document treatment progress and client insights meticulously, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and providing critical information for future sessions.
  • Conduct initial intake assessments to determine clients' mental health status, and develop an effective therapeutic strategy tailored to individual needs.
  • Engage in weekly supervision and case management, fostering professional development through feedback and collaborative discussions.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers, ensuring a multidisciplinary approach to treatment that enhances client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
