• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify children's needs and develop tailored intervention strategies.
• Actively participate in Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) development, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic support for each child.
• Monitor progress and outcomes, adjusting intervention strategies based on ongoing assessments and family feedback.
• Provide families with the essential tools, skills, and information to enhance their child's development, strengthening the overall support system.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and the Natural Learning Environment framework to deliver interventions in ways that are relatable and engaging for children.
• Establish rapport with children and their families, fostering a trusting relationship that enhances learning and development.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will be focusing on children from birth to three years of age who exhibit developmental delays or disabilities. • A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.
