Peace of Mind Mental Health Care & Counseling is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a fully remote capacity, primarily serving the needs of early childhood populations in Fresno, California. This full-time role focuses on providing essential support and therapeutic services to families with children who experience developmental challenges, ensuring the earliest intervention possible for optimal outcomes.

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children to determine their individual needs and strengths.
• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) tailored to each child's unique situation.
• Regularly monitor and measure developmental outcomes in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
• Deliver effective support to families, addressing their concerns and providing resources to enhance their child’s development.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant federal and state regulations governing early childhood intervention services.
• Develop strong, trust-based rapport with children, families, and team members, facilitating a healthy learning and support environment.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and techniques within the Natural Learning Environment framework to support skill development.
• Provide coaching and guidance to families, equipping them with the necessary skills and information to enhance their child's ongoing growth and development.
• Implement the IFSP recommendations regarding service frequency and structure based on developmental milestones and family priorities.
• Commit to the health and safety standards to ensure the wellbeing of both staff and clients.

This role focuses on supporting children aged birth to three years who may be experiencing developmental delays or disabilities. You will provide critical evaluations and intervention strategies that influence their physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills. Working closely with families, you will help them navigate their children's journey through early intervention, enhancing their quality of life and future outcomes.

• Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) from the California Department of Public Health.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional travel to client homes or community events.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, fostering collaborative relationships.
• A respectful attitude toward diverse perspectives and a commitment to teamwork.

• At least one year of experience working directly with children in early intervention settings.
• A demonstrated understanding and commitment to Natural Learning Environment practices.
