Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy during one-on-one sessions.
  • Deliver group therapy sessions targeting relevant mental health issues, providing support and guidance in a group setting.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and integrated client care.
  • Maintain meticulous clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and accurate documentation of client progress.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops and training sessions that address the latest advancements in mental health research.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our LPCs serve a diverse clientele including individuals, families, and couples coping with a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. Qualifications
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
  • An active, unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensure in the state of Tennessee.
  • At least two years of experience in a counseling role, preferably in a clinical environment.
  • Strong understanding of legal, ethical standards, and best practices in mental health counseling.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills to effectively establish rapport with a varied client base.

Preferred Experience
