  • Support intercompany templates, workflows, matching rules, dispute management, and transaction automation.

  • Partner with global process owners to ensure compliant, accurate, and timely settlement across entities.

  • Troubleshoot intercompany transaction issues, data mismatches, and workflow bottlenecks, ensuring root‑cause resolution.

  • Help design future-state intercompany processes leveraging automation, AI recommendations, and improved controls.

Core System Administration

  • Help administer the BlackLine platform, managing configuration, users, roles, permissions, and workflows.

  • Provide guidance and coaching for all BlackLine modules for sustainment and project tasks performed by our Offshore team members.

  • Manage data integrations, schedules, and data quality controls across ERP and other source systems.

  • Maintain system documentation, configuration standards, and operational procedures.

  • Deliver end‑user support, guidance, and best practices across global teams.

  • Partner with program leadership, Finance SMEs, system integrators and technical teams to ensure successful design and rollout of new capabilities.

  • Support functional, integration, and UAT testing for new features and modules.

  • Support change management, training deployment, and communications.

  • Participate in process redesign and continuous improvement initiatives across the financial close lifecycle.

  • Monitor hyper care support after go‑live, ensuring issues are triaged and stabilized quickly.

  • Travel minimal for Hartford area candidate; up to 25% during project phases for non-local candidates

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a University Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior RTX relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience.

  • Minimum 5 years of strong understanding of financial close processes, especially intercompany accounting, journal entries, and reconciliations.

  • Minimum 5 years experience with system implementations or major enhancement projects.

  • Minimum 5 years of strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Minimum 3 years of hands‑on BlackLine administration experience, or equivalent experience with financial systems.

  • Experience with BlackLine project deployments, especially Intercompany Accounting, Matching, Journals, or AI‑based workflows.

  • Familiarity with Studio 360 configuration concepts.

  • Understanding of SAP data structures and integration points

  • Prior experience with RTX intercompany processes is highly advantageous.
