• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health needs, develop tailored treatment plans, and establish evidence-based interventions.
• Utilize secure telehealth platforms to deliver remote therapy sessions, ensuring a safe and confidential environment that promotes open communication and trust.
• Work closely with clients to set and monitor therapeutic goals via ongoing discussions, adapting techniques as necessary to align with their evolving needs.
• Employ a diverse range of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness strategies, to best support each client's unique journey.
• Document all interactions accurately and maintain detailed records of client progress in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Participate in regular supervision and training sessions to enhance your skills and stay updated on the latest best practices in mental health treatment.

You will primarily serve a diverse client population in Illinois, ranging from young adults to seniors, each with distinct mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Understanding each client's unique background and experiences will be crucial as you work to build rapport and deliver effective treatment. Your role is not only to facilitate therapy sessions but also to empower clients to navigate their mental health journey.

• A current and valid professional license such as Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Bachelor's degree, with preference given to candidates holding a Master's degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients in a virtual setting.
• A strong sense of empathy and compassion, combined with the ability to understand and respond to various emotional, psychological, and behavioral challenges.

• Prior experience in a remote therapy setting is highly desirable, showcasing your adaptability to virtual care practices.
• Experience working with diverse populations, including culturally and socioeconomically varied backgrounds.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms, which will help streamline workflow and documentation processes.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage a caseload of clients while maintaining high-quality care.
