  • A Bachelor's degree, with preference given to candidates holding a Master's degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients in a virtual setting.
  • A strong sense of empathy and compassion, combined with the ability to understand and respond to various emotional, psychological, and behavioral challenges.
Preferred Experience
  • Prior experience in a remote therapy setting is highly desirable, showcasing your adaptability to virtual care practices.
  • Experience working with diverse populations, including culturally and socioeconomically varied backgrounds.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms, which will help streamline workflow and documentation processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage a caseload of clients while maintaining high-quality care.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive annual salary between USD 80,000 and 100,000, dependent on client load and performance.
  • Comprehensive health insurance including medical, dental, and vision coverage to support your well-being.
  • Professional liability insurance is provided as part of your employment.
  • Generous paid time off and holiday scheduling to ensure you can rest and recharge.
  • Access to professional development and continuing education opportunities, fostering growth in your career.
