• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to gain insights into each client's unique background and needs.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, leveraging proven therapeutic modalities tailored to the specific needs of each patient.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies, ensuring the integrity of patient records.

You will work with a diverse array of clients from various socio-economic backgrounds, catering to individuals facing mental health issues like anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. Emphasis on culturally competent care ensures that all patients are respected and understood, tailoring interventions that align with their personal experiences and cultural context.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• A valid LCSW or LCSW-R license in New York State.

• At least three years of clinical experience, specializing in psychotherapy with a demonstrated understanding of solution-based interventions.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong problem-solving abilities.

• Experience with telehealth platforms and a willingness to embrace remote therapy modalities.

• Familiarity with specific treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Previous experience working within community health or outpatient clinic settings.
