• Conduct detailed psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status and identify their strengths and areas for growth.
• Utilize the most effective therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy, to provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are goal-oriented and reflective of clients' needs, ensuring alignment with evidence-based practices.
• Coordinate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide a thoroughly integrated care experience for clients.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation workshops, and support groups to promote healing and shared experiences among clients.
• Conduct crisis interventions and risk assessments when necessary, ensuring client safety and establishing effective safety plans.
• Document all client interactions and therapy sessions meticulously in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Actively participate in clinical supervision and peer feedback processes to enhance clinical skills and improve client outcomes.

In this position, you will work with a diverse patient population, ranging from children and adolescents to adults facing various mental health issues. Clients may come from different backgrounds and life experiences, requiring a tailored approach that respects their individual stories and cultural factors. Your expertise will help empower clients to build resilience and develop effective coping strategies, enhancing their overall well-being.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Possession of an active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health or outpatient setting.
• Proficient knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches and treatment modalities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.

• Experience in treating a variety of mental health disorders, particularly those involving trauma and high-stress situations.
• Previous work in remote healthcare environments highlighting adaptability to virtual platforms.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and documentation processes.
