• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients’ substance abuse history, current mental health status, and individual needs.
• Develop tailored treatment plans that address both substance abuse and any underlying mental health issues, drawing on evidence-based practices.
• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions that foster communication, trust, and healing.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including medical professionals and social workers, to ensure comprehensive and integrated care for all clients.

Your primary focus will be supporting clients recovering from substance use disorders. You will engage with a diverse population, including individuals struggling with addiction to alcohol, prescription drugs, and illicit substances. Many of our clients may also be dealing with co-occurring mental health issues, requiring a specialized approach that integrates addiction treatment with therapeutic interventions focused on mental health resilience.

• A valid state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related mental health field.
• Extensive knowledge of evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities specific to addiction treatment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and therapeutic skills with a capacity to inspire and motivate clients.

• At least two years of direct experience in a clinical setting, specifically focusing on addiction counseling or mental health therapy.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve client goals.
• Familiarity with patient management tools and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
