• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients' needs and determine appropriate treatment interventions.
• Perform detailed diagnostic evaluations and develop individualized case histories, ensuring a thorough understanding of each client's unique circumstances.
• Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans that outline achievable goals and provide ongoing therapy tailored to their needs.
• Deliver supportive counseling sessions to an assigned caseload, utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address mood disorders.
• Lead regular client case consultations to review progress and recommend necessary changes in treatment plans based on client feedback and therapeutic outcomes.
• Monitor and document client progress meticulously, maintaining accurate case records in adherence to confidentiality and ethical standards.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
