• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand each client's unique situation, strengths, and challenges.
• Develop personalized and adaptable treatment plans, incorporating client feedback and advances in mental health research.
• Implement evidence-based interventions and therapeutic modalities to enhance client well-being and facilitate their recovery journey.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary treatment team to provide holistic care that addresses both psychological and social factors affecting recovery.
• Provide education and support to clients and their families, helping them to understand the recovery process and available resources.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in mental health and addiction treatment to refine your practice and improve client outcomes.

Our clients range from individuals experiencing substance use disorders to those facing co-occurring mental health issues. The population we serve is diverse, encompassing various backgrounds, ages, and life experiences. You will work with clients seeking support during their detoxification process, providing critical emotional and psychological assistance as they begin their journey to recovery.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from a recognized and accredited institution.
• A valid LCSW license in New York, demonstrating your qualifications to practice independently.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that enable you to foster positive relationships with clients and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• Proficiency in various therapeutic approaches, particularly solution-focused psychotherapy interventions.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, particularly in addiction counseling or mental health settings.
• Experience with trauma-informed care practices and working with vulnerable populations.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline client documentation processes.
