Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing rapport and effective therapeutic relationships grounded in trust and confidentiality.
  • Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess their progress, address concerns, and plan for future appointments, including safe and timely discharge when warranted.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop individualized, person-centered treatment plans with measurable objectives tailored to their unique needs.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes, treatment updates, and compliance with applicable regulations in a digital format.
  • Utilize various therapeutic modalities to provide psychotherapy tailored to individual and family situations, ensuring that all treatment approaches align with best practices in mental health care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse outpatient population consisting of children, adolescents, and adults facing a variety of mental health challenges. Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.
