Polaris Psychotherapy Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our dynamic team. • Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing rapport and effective therapeutic relationships grounded in trust and confidentiality.
• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess their progress, address concerns, and plan for future appointments, including safe and timely discharge when warranted.
• Collaborate with clients to develop individualized, person-centered treatment plans with measurable objectives tailored to their unique needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes, treatment updates, and compliance with applicable regulations in a digital format.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities to provide psychotherapy tailored to individual and family situations, ensuring that all treatment approaches align with best practices in mental health care.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse outpatient population consisting of children, adolescents, and adults facing a variety of mental health challenges. • A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) designation, unrestricted and independent.
• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting, demonstrating effective counseling skills and professional development.
• Proficient in using technology, including Microsoft Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and specific mental health software such as Pimsy for practice management.

• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services in a telehealth format, ensuring comfort and effectiveness in a virtual setting.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic practices for a range of conditions affecting individuals and families.
• Strong ability to foster a supportive and engaging counseling environment that facilitates healing and growth.

• Annual compensation in the range of $75,000 to $90,000, with additional bonus opportunities based on performance.
