Description:
  • Support the management of end-to-end project management activities for complex software projects from concept to regulatory filing and commercialization.
  • Utilize project management best practices and tools to coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information
  • Maintain and monitor project plans, doc trackers and RAID logs
  • You will lead project and status meetings with internal cross-functional teams, executives and external partners with confidence and clear communication.
  • You will coordinate activities and tasks as well as resources across all departments including, software development and testing teams, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and Operations while providing guidance to these groups on priorities and schedules.
  • Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings
  • Undertake project tasks and provide administrative support as needed
  • Assess and organize project risks/issues and associated potential impacts in conjunction with the project schedule, providing solutions where applicable  
  • Ensure projects adhere to product development framework and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Track and maintain documentation and status of tasks for assigned projects and programs  
  • Submit, manage and prioritize Change Orders for Document Control
