Job description

Job Overview: The Technical Services Documentation Specialist provides Corporate Quality support for IP/certification activities, partner formula management and related documentation processes across the Field Technical Services organization. This role is responsible for managing partner formulation documentation from receipt through issuance to manufacturing, maintaining accurate information in internal and external systems, supporting certification databases and audits, and ensuring certification claims and records remain current and accurate. The specialist serves as a key documentation and coordination resource for corporate quality, working closely with R&D, Commercial/NAE, Supply Chain, MDM, Regulatory/Compliance, Product Category teams, and internal/external manufacturing partners to support new product setup, supply chain projects, and cross-functional business needs.

Some travel may be required but is expected to be minimal (10-20%), and the position may be remote, with preference for candidates based at a KDP location. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Drive documentation, compliance, and stakeholder alignment for IP certifications, including Kosher, Organic, Rainforest Alliance (RFA), and partner certification programs. Provide technical support to manufacturing sites experiencing IP-related issues, expediting communication with certification bodies to enable timely resolution and minimize disruptions to manufacturing operations.

Maintain and update internal records, external certification databases, and audit documentation to support certification integrity, regulatory compliance, and site audit readiness. Partner with product category teams and cross-functional stakeholders to communicate certification standards and support business needs. Support new product and supply chain initiatives by ensuring certification requirements are met, certification claims are accurately maintained in internal systems, and all certification and documentation deliverables are completed on time.

Manage partner formulation documentation and data throughout the lifecycle, from receipt and maintenance in quality systems through issuance to cold manufacturing operations, while maintaining formula trackers to support execution, inventory, and document control. Represent Quality and Identify Preservations in key partner formula discussions with R&D, NAE/Commercial, MDM, Regulatory/Compliance, and other stakeholders.
