As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Delivering comprehensive remote care to patients as part of an 8-week structured, evidence-based program.
• Monitoring participant progress through assessments and follow-up communications, ensuring alignment with therapeutic goals.
• Documenting session notes meticulously and maintaining accurate records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Assisting participants in accessing essential resources and providing support with the consent and authorization processes.
• Actively identifying and addressing high-risk encounters during sessions, following established safety protocols.
• Participating in regular supervision meetings, monthly team meetings, and Town Halls to ensure continuous professional development.

Your work will primarily support individuals dealing with a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and trauma. By employing therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), you will help clients develop actionable skills and constructive coping strategies. Your empathetic approach will contribute significantly to fostering long-term behavioral change and improved quality of life for our participants.

To be considered for this position, you must have the following qualifications:

• A current and valid license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A commitment to maintaining a structured, consistent schedule for your clients.
• Clinical experience in psychotherapy utilizing evidence-based practices, including CBT, DBT, and other solution-focused methods.
• A genuine passion for impacting lives and progressing the future of behavioral healthcare.
• Adherence to UnitedHealth Group’s Telecommuter Policy for remote work.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test, as we maintain a drug-free workplace.

While not mandatory, candidates with the following experience will be highly valued:

• Prior experience in community health settings or integrated care environments.
• Previous exposure to group therapy and facilitation would be a plus.
• A track record of successfully managing a high-volume client caseload.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, based on your experience and commitment. You will receive:
