• Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health status, needs, and treatment goals.
• Develop, implement, and refine personalized treatment plans that align with clients’ unique goals and enhance their overall mental wellness.
• Conduct individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices and solutions-oriented techniques aimed at fostering lasting change and resilience.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention services when necessary, addressing urgent mental health situations with skillful compassion and support.
• Engage in regular professional development activities, keeping abreast of the latest mental health innovations, practices, and regulatory guidelines.

In this position, you will work primarily with pre-screened, stable clients who present with low acuity mental health issues, allowing you to focus on therapeutic solutions rather than crisis management. The diverse client demographics will give you the opportunity to tailor your approach, ensuring that you can apply your expertise appropriately for various populations. Your engagement can lead to significant behavioral changes and improvements in overall mental health, contributing to a healthier community.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of meaningful therapeutic alliances with clients.
• Compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental demeanor, crucial for supporting users throughout their mental health journeys.
• Exemplary organizational and time management skills for effective caseload management and adherence to clinical documentation standards.

• Experience in providing telehealth services and familiarity with teletherapy tools and methodologies, enhancing your effectiveness as a remote counselor.
• Demonstrated success in creating and executing treatment plans that yield positive clinical outcomes.
• Knowledge of a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based practices.

• Competitive salary range between USD 115,000 and 130,000 annually for full-time employees.
