Your engagement can lead to significant behavioral changes and improvements in overall mental health, contributing to a healthier community.

Qualifications
  • A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

  • Demonstrated success in creating and executing treatment plans that yield positive clinical outcomes.
  • Knowledge of a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based practices.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive salary range between USD 115,000 and 130,000 annually for full-time employees.
  • Comprehensive healthcare benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage for you and your dependents.
  • An employer-matching retirement savings plan to help you secure your financial future.
  • Generous paid time off (PTO) policy, including designated holidays, promoting a healthy work-life balance.
  • Access to continued education and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills in mindfulness-based approaches and other therapeutic techniques.
  • A collaborative and vibrant work culture that supports both personal and professional growth while making a meaningful difference in clients' lives.
