• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and foster trusting, therapeutic relationships, particularly in remote settings.
• Demonstrated empathy and compassion in understanding clients' experiences while addressing their mental health needs.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to coordinate numerous appointments and maintain accurate treatment records.

While not mandatory, the following are preferred:

• Experience working remotely in a therapy capacity, especially using telehealth platforms.
• Previous work with diverse client populations and cultural competency.
