Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Facilitate evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, employing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
  • Document clinical findings and treatment progress accurately in accordance with legal requirements and ethical standards, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of client records.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for clients, addressing both their mental and physical health needs.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and seminars, staying abreast of the latest advancements in mental health research and therapeutic practices.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work primarily with individuals and families who may face barriers to accessing traditional mental health care. Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
  • Must hold a valid and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
  • Minimum of 2 years of counseling experience in a clinical setting, with a proven track record of successful client outcomes.
Preferred Experience
