Overview:
Sales Executive Large Group Florida
Cultivate and manage relationships with assigned brokers and territories to achieve profitable net new business objectives. Responsible for managing the entire sales process with assigned brokers and direct prospects or sales leads as assigned by Sales Manager. Consistently meet or exceed assigned goals. Present to and communicate with decision makers and key influencers. Conduct member education sessions as requested.
The Sales Executive is responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with assigned brokers and territories to drive profitable net new business growth. Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying leads, presenting solutions, negotiating terms, and closing deals. Effectively communicate and present to decision-makers and key influencers within client organizations. Conduct member education sessions as requested to enhance understanding of products and services. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, underwriting, and customer service, to support broker and client needs. Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities. Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales goals and performance metrics.
Serves Tampa and Orlando, Central and North Florida
Education
  • Associate Degree and 2 years of related experience required OR
  • High School degree and 4 years of related experience required in lieu of education (Required)

Certification/Licensure
  • Must obtain a L-HIL or L-LIFEHI within 90 days of hire 2-40 health license to the broader 2-15 life and health license
  • Valid FLORIDA Drivers license

Experience
  • 5 year Business Acumen, or
