This role is fully remote, allowing therapists to create a flexible schedule that promotes a healthy work-life balance. Our virtual platform fosters a collaborative environment where you will engage with a supportive team of professionals committed to continuous improvement and training. You will utilize state-of-the-art technology, including Google Suite and Electronic Health Records (EHRs), to document client progress and communicate with team members effectively.

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with organizational policies and relevant health regulations.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on clients who are pre-screened, stable, and exhibit low acuity, which ensures that the therapeutic interventions provided are both appropriate and effective. You will be working primarily with adolescents and young adults who seek assistance in navigating challenges related to mental health and personal development. The goal is to empower clients on their paths to fulfillment and well-being.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
  • Active state licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.
  • A minimum of two years of experience delivering effective therapeutic interventions using evidence-based practices.
  • Proficiency in telehealth delivery methods, especially with younger client demographics.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with specific evidence-based therapeutic frameworks, and a willingness to participate in additional training for care pathways within our organization.
  • A demonstrated ability to use various technological tools for therapy and documentation, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to foster relationships of trust and openness with clients and team members alike.
Compensation and Benefits

  • Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance options, retirement plans, and generous paid time off to support your well-being.
