We’re hiring an IT leader to support Sales & Marketing transformation and drive the technologies that fuel revenue growth, customer engagement, and digital performance. This position can be remote in the following states: AL, AR, DE, DC, FL, GA, IA, IN, KY, LA, MD, ME, MN, MO, MS, NH, NC, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, and VA only.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the primary IT partner for Sales Ops & Marketing
  • Build and manage the commercial tech roadmap (CRM, Marketing Automation, CDP, Digital Experience)
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives and ensure scalable, integrated solutions
  • Advance data, analytics, and Customer 360 capabilities
  • Drive automation, AI/ML, and digital optimization across the customer journey
  • Oversee vendor partnerships and project delivery

What You Bring

  • 5–7+ years in IT (BRM, IT business partnering, or solution architecture)
  • Experience supporting Sales/Marketing functions
  • CRM & Martech platform expertise (Salesforce, Adobe/HubSpot/Marketo)
  • Background in digital/e-commerce or online experience platforms
  • Strong communication, leadership, and project delivery skills
  • Bachelor’s degree (required)

Bonus Skills
Salesforce/cloud certs, ITIL/PMP, TOGAF, consumer goods/retail experience, AI/ML knowledge
