This is a remote position.

Parkway Greenhouse & Flower Pots is seeking a Remote Part-Time Data Entry Clerk to support accurate recordkeeping for product, customer, inventory, and general business information. The position supports a greenhouse and specialty flower-pot business, including records connected to Hydro-Drip Control Flower Pots and day-to-day administrative activity.

Product Information Management: Maintain accurate product records, including item descriptions, sizes, color options, quantities, and approved product updates.

Customer and Inquiry Records: Enter and update customer contact information, product inquiries, requested details, and follow-up notes so records remain current and easy to review.

Inventory Data Maintenance: Record inventory counts and availability updates provided by onsite staff. Review entries for missing quantities, duplicate records, and inconsistent product information.

Order and Transaction Records: Maintain approved order, payment-reference, and fulfillment information when provided. Make sure dates, quantities, customer details, and internal reference information match supporting records.

Spreadsheet and Database Updates: Update spreadsheets and internal tracking systems with accurate business information. Follow established formats and keep recurring records consistent.

Document Management: Organize digital records, reports, product files, and supporting documents in assigned folders. Maintain clear file names and orderly records for future reference.

Data Quality Review: Check completed work for incorrect entries, missing fields, formatting problems, and duplicate information before records are finalized. Report unclear information rather than making assumptions.
