Qualifications 3+ years of experience in video editing, preferably within an ad agency or working with consumer brands. Proven track record of producing high-performing direct response or paid social ads. Strong understanding of what drives conversions in short-form video content.

Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and AI-based editing platforms. Experience working with DTC/eCommerce brands is highly preferred. Ability to work quickly, manage multiple projects, and deliver under tight timelines.

Strong creative judgment with an eye for pacing, hooks, and storytelling. Preferred Skills Experience with AI tools such as Runway, Pika, Descript, or similar. Familiarity with performance metrics and creative testing frameworks.
